We have a NEW 2018 MODEL Montego Bay Fish and cruise pontoon boat for use during the boating season (FROM APPROX MAY 1st - OCTOBER 20th). This is a 22 foot boat with a live-well, 90 horse 4-stoke Mercury motor, fish finder, 27 gallon fuel tank, bimini top and seating for up to 12 persons. We also have a newer ELECTRIC BOAT LIFT - just lower the boat with the key fob and head out onto the lake. Lots of room to fish off this boat or enjoy a ride around the lake. Our rental rates are competitively priced at $1,200 to $2,800 per week during the boating season. For comparison, if you were to rent this pontoon boat alone, it would cost approx. $250 per day or up to $1,750 per week (without a cottage included). Bundle and save money. Pickerel Lake is about 3.5 hours from Milwaukee and Madison. Cottage was Completely Rebuilt in 2014 and is right on Pickerel Lake within 20 feet from the water's edge. There is a great deal of privacy since we are tucked back over 200 feet away from the lightly traveled Pickerel Lake Road. Fire pit, propane grill and laundry onsite. Available year-round for fishing, boating and swimming in the summer and snowmobiling, ice fishing and cross-country skiing in the winter. We are on the ATV route and Snowmobile Trail. Swimming is available at the end of our dock. It is about 4 feet deep and is somewhat sandy there but also with muck and weeds nearby. We have a swim ladder at the end of the pier. Larger areas to swim are available on Pickerel Lake with a short boat ride. There are also some nice beaches located at nearby lakes. The cost for renting the pontoon boat is built into the price of your stay BETWEEN 5/1 AND APPROXIMATELY 10/25. Winter rates are much lower. The Pontoon boat rental is *mandatory during the "SPRING", "SUMMER" and "FALL" rental seasons and must be rented for all days that you are staying. *We may consider rental of the cottage without the pontoon boat (and discount the rate appropriately) in the following cases: 1. If you are renting in May, September or October and your rental period does not include a Friday or Saturday night stay. 2. If you are making a reservation within 7 days of your check-in date. Optional: we have a 15 horse outboard available to rent for $80 per stay. This can be attached to the row boat and provides access to Crane lake through the culvert. We also have a NEW 2020 model - 30 pound thrust Minn Kota Trolling motor available for $20 per stay. Please ask if interested in renting either the outboard motor or the trolling motor or both. We are right on the ATV Trail Route! You can use the blacktop Pickerel Lake road (subject to a 25 mile per hour posted ATV speed limit) to connect to the off-road trails that start approximately 2.5 miles to the west. You can get to the Augustyn Spring trails from there (maybe two miles further-on off-road trails). This connects to the White Lake ATV Trails. You can venture further west and hook up with the Parrish Highlands ATV Trails. Alternatively you can go east on Pickerel Lake Road and connect with the Nicolet State ATV trail. We are also right on the Snowmobile Trail!! Unload your sled and you are ready to venture across the state on your snowmobile. Cottage is equipped with two heat pumps (for air conditioning or heating) and a propane furnace for optimal comfort all year round.

Part of an old resort, this property has some of the best swimming frontage on the lake. This 1300 acre recreational lake is great for boating, skiing, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. Private pier, paddle boat, 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards are available for use; some flotation devices available. Both a gas and charcoal grill are available for use. The bedroom has a queen size bed with window seat for storage during your stay. Living area has a queen size fold out couch. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need during your stay, including a coffee maker, electric griddle, toaster, hand mixer and toaster oven and a few basic spices. The cottage has a large 14 x 16 ft deck with a glider and ample seating perfect for viewing all lake activities including both sunrises and sunsets. Sit back and listen to the loons and watch the eagles soar overhead. A large fire pit for roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories sits a couple steps from the cottage. No need to bring extra lawn chairs as there are plenty available. Don't feel like cooking? Take a short walk down the road to the Final Lap where you can get a cold drink, great pizza, chicken wings, burgers, etc. They also offer movie rentals and a place to play a couple games of pool or darts or participate in karaoke every other Saturday evening. Guests will want to bring groceries with them as the closest full size grocery store is a 30 minute drive. A well stocked convenience store for last minute items is 5 miles away. We want every guest to arrive to a clean and welcoming cottage. Guests are asked to clean and put away all dishes and take leftovers home. The owners don't live on site so guests are asked to take their trash to the local recycling center on the way out of town. Guests with pets should consider the following house rules: 1) pets are not allowed on any furniture; 2) pets should not be left unattended in the cottage to reduce risk of damage; and 3) pet waste should be cleaned up and disposed of promptly. We have a large enough yard for dogs to play in. PLEASE be a good neighbor and ensure pets stay in our yard and off of the neighboring properties. Spacious, clean and comfortable two bedroom, 1 bath home on beautiful 355 acre Crane Lake. Crane Lake is a quiet lake with water access to 2500 acre Pickerel Lake. One bedroom has a queen size bed and two dressers. The second bedroom has a queen size pillow top bed and one dresser. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and large closets. Bed linens are provided, all bed linens are bleached and washed in hot water between guests. We very comfortabley sleep four guests. If your requirements exceed four guests, please contact the hosts directly for special consideration. Our calendar incorporates our personal days, if there appears to be a conflict with the time you are looking for, contact us, we still may be able to accommodate you. We may be able to adjust our calendar. One full bathroom with tub and shower, and plenty of storage for your personnel needs. One set of bath towels for each guest are provided, all towels and wash cloths are bleached and washed in hot water between guests. Beach towels are not included. Our home does NOT have air conditioning or internet service. There are ceiling fans throughout and keep the living and sleeping areas very comfortable on those warmer days. Step from the kitchen and living room, out to the huge deck that spans the entire house. Sit on the deck with your coffee or favorite beverage and listen to loons, while watching eagles soar above you. Head down to the second deck and sitting area, overlooking the lake. Additional seating and small tables are provided. A few more steps lead you to the boat house, with a fish cleaning area and a large private pier. Fish for bluegill, crappie, large mouth bass, northern pike, small mouth bass and walleye, right off the pier. The fish cleaning area is well lighted and has running water. Please dispose of all fish entrails at the dump, do not dispose of them in the lake or woods. A public boat launch is located just five minutes away, should you wish to bring your own boat. A 12' row boat, paddle boat and a canoe are provided as a curtesy for your enjoyment. A large stone fire pit is located out back, with plenty of extra seating available to enjoy a bonfire and toasting marshmallows, while star-gazing up above. You must provide your own firewood. Please do not burn during dry or windy conditions, you will be responsible for out of control fires and fire department calls. Fire pit area, chairs, picnic table and patio furniture are provided. Firewood is also provided, but it is while the supply lasts. A gas grill and charcoal grill are also provided. Please bring your own gas and/or charcoal. A well equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator (2nd refrigerator in downstairs living space), toaster over, toaster, coffee maker (bring your own coffee/filters), crock pot, griddle, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, cutlery, utensils, etc. Attached to the kitchen is a walk in pantry, which includes a washer and dryer (please provide your own laundry supplies). Little Long Lake is a private lake, there is no public boat launch. This keeps the lake quiet. The side of the lake where the property is has a no wake rule. Perfect for fishing, kayaking and swimming. We have a dock that is great to fish from, a 16-foot row boat and kayaks available for use (2 doubles and 2 singles), and a swim platform that is super fun for the kids! The other side of the lake has speed boating from 10-5 only, so it is quiet most of the day and into the evening. The walk from the house to the lake takes 3-4 minutes on the private road. You can also drive from the house to the lake if you’d like. Bring your fishing poles to catch fish from the dock, boat, or the kayaks. We have various life jacket sizes available (even children), just let us know what you need and we can let you know if we have it! Hiking, snowmobiling, ATV trails are all around. Newly remodeled cottages are fully equipped for light housekeeping and hot and cold running water, inside toilets, showers, cooking utensils, and bedding. All cottages overlook the lake and have screened porches. We do not furnish bath towels, dish towels, and paper products. Peak season begins Memorial Day weekend and ends Labor Day weekend. Before and after the regular season, we rent cabins on a daily basis @ $95 per day for the Mallard and Crane, $110 for the Loon, and $125 per the Eagle. Check in time 2:00 PM Saturday. Checkout time is 10:00 AM the following Saturday for weekly rentals. Bringing pets is discouraged. Pets, if brought are allowed on cabin porches only and must be on a leash on resort grounds. Owners are responsible for removal of pet litter. $25 a week per animal will be applied. An Aluma Craft boat s provided with each cottage rental. Please follow all Wisconsin boat regulations. We encourage you to bring your own life preservers and boat lights. Aluma Craft boats do not have an outboard motor. If you bring your own boat, feel free to tie up to one of our peers. There is also multiple benches and a giant adirondeck chair that is great for pictures, relaxing and watching children play in the water. There is also a large firepit with seating for 10 for roasting marshmallows and telling stories. The property has a large paved driveway easily capable of fitting multiple vehicles with trailers. If you have an ATV or snowmobile you can access the trail directly across the road.

Our home includes 3 grills...a large infrared gas grill, a large kettle grill and a charcoal/wood chip smoker grill, along with patio furniture and a screened, gazebo encased picnic table . Central air conditioning maintains your comfort during the summer months and a 3-zone furnace keeps you warm during the colder months. In addition to the kitchen and living /dining room with a fireplace and flat screen satellite TV, the main floor consists of the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a bath/shower and a chair height toilet. The lower, walk-out level consists of a mini kitchen/bar, a family (Green Bay Packer) room with twin beds, a bedroom with a full bed, a roll-away bed, a full bathroom, washer/dryer and an enclosed porch overlooking the lake. In addition, there is a flat screen satellite TV. The property has a large U-shaped dock with a bench for fishing or relaxing. There is a boat rental service on Post Lake and, of course, you are welcome to bring your own boat. The public ramp/access is just beyond the channel (about 1/2 mile) and you are welcome to moor your boat at the dock. Additional amenities include a large log swing and a fire pit amidst a spacious yard. In addition to the great views, we fell in love with our lake home for many reasons: the ease of access (on a county highway); the location to dining establishments (there are supper clubs within walking distance...1 1/2 blocks in either direction, along with many others within the many communities; shopping opportunities in Elcho, Antigo, Crandon, Rhinelander, etc and, we are across the highway from a state snowmobile/ATV trail. It's, also, a great trail for walking a dog. The Post Lake Dam Park (3/4 mile down the trail) is not only beautiful, but many fish have been caught there. For those who love to golf, there are a number of golf courses in the area. Internet is available Our home is smoke-free and pet friendly (dogs, cats or caged birds)

Newly built home on Crystal clear Lake Lucerne. Spacious open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A huge living room with three seating areas allowing for TV watching , board game playing and conversation simultaneously. Seating for up to 18. The living room is open to a modern kitchen with granite counter tops, five burner gas range and all new appliances and kitchenware. A large rustic wooden table seats 12-14 . Upon entering the cabin you find a nice size open mudroom with hooks for hanging everything. A full bathroom with tub and over tub shower is just off the entry way. Also on the main floor two master bedrooms and another large bathroom. One master bedroom has a king size bed and dresser the other has a queen size bed, closet and french doors leading to the lake. Then head upstairs using a rustic style ladder/staircase. Upstairs you will find a roomy open loft with three couches, and game cupboard. The kids can hang out here whilst the adults have some private time on the main floor. Also upstairs you will find two large bunk rooms. Each room has two queen size beds and two single size beds. the home has a great deal of light via large french doors with views of the lake and skylights in the loft and living room. Upon exciting the living room via the french doors you will walk out onto a spacious deck with built in dinning table that seats approx 12 and BBQ. Also chairs for lounging and enjoying the views. There is also a rustic fire pit and a wood burning hot tub. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water. Bring your boat and enjoy the beautiful lake and your fishing pole for some good fishing. There is a row boat and canoe for you to enjoy also. The town of Crandon is just five minutes away with a large grocery store and many restaurants to eat at. great trails for snowmobiling, off roading and hiking and Rhinelander nad Eagle River are both just a short forty minutes away. There is so much to do and so many memories to make. We provide a more comprehensive list of things to do upon your arrival. Should you choose to bring a larger party than 10 we do have additional sleeping in the loft for an additional 3-6 people. There will be an extra charge of $50 dollars for a child and $100 for an adult per week over the maximum number of 10.
